40 years ago, I was shot in the leg by a ricochet bullet during a bank robbery. I made a full recovery until doctors  found leftover gunpowder needing a knee replacement.
In 2019, I began working with Lee, his guidance sped my recovery post-surgery. Lee's insightful coaching challenges and comforts me, helping me progress on my journey.
I'm back at the gym, feeling stronger and energized.
